These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and any services provided by ezSpanglish (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

• 1.1. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Platform.
• 1.2. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

2. User Accounts

• 2.1. To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• 2.2. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• 2.3. ezSpanglish reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of the Platform

• 3.1. The Platform is intended for educational purposes only. You agree not to use it for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• 3.2. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
  • Copying, distributing, or modifying content without permission.
  • Engaging in activities that disrupt the Platform’s functionality.
  • Using automated systems to scrape or interact with the Platform.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• 4.1. Certain features may require payment. By purchasing a subscription or service, you agree to our pricing, payment terms, and policies.
• 4.2. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 4.3. ezSpanglish reserves the right to change fees or introduce new charges with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

• 5.1. All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by ezSpanglish or licensed to us.
• 5.2. You may not use any of our intellectual property without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• 7.1. ezSpanglish is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• 7.2. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

• 8.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice.
• 8.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

• 9.1. ezSpanglish may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

• 10.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA.

End User License Agreement (EULA) – ezSpanglish LLC

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and ezSpanglish LLC (“Company”), the developer and operator of the mobile application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License

ezSpanglish LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Ownership

All content, features, and intellectual property within the App are the exclusive property of ezSpanglish LLC or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you ownership rights to the App.

3. User-Generated Content Clarification

Users cannot upload or submit any content to the App. All content (text questions, images, audio, and video) is provided only by ezSpanglish LLC’s administrative team. Before any content appears in the App, it is created or uploaded only by admins, manually reviewed, approved, and then published. This ensures that no objectionable or abusive content is presented to users.

4. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

The App maintains a strict no-tolerance policy toward: hate speech, harassment or abuse, sexual or pornographic content, violence or threatening material, discriminatory content, or any inappropriate or unsafe content. Any violation results in immediate removal of the content and permanent deletion of the offending account (if applicable).

5. Content Moderation & Safety

5.1 Manual Content Filtering

All content added by administrators is reviewed by our moderation team before it becomes visible to end users.

5.2 User Reporting Mechanism

Users may report any content they believe is inappropriate or objectionable using the in-app “Report” feature or through our support email.

5.3 Developer Action Within 24 Hours

Upon receiving a report, the Company will review the content within 24 hours, remove anything found objectionable, and take corrective action, including revoking administrator access if necessary.

5.4 User Blocking

Users can block any user who behaves abusively (if applicable in future updates), preventing them from interacting or appearing in their interface.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to attempt to upload or distribute content (as the App does not allow it), misuse the reporting system, engage in abusive behavior toward users or the App team, or interfere with the App’s functionality.

7. Apple Terms

This Agreement is between you and ezSpanglish LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. If the App fails to meet any warranty standard, your sole remedy is to notify Apple for a refund (if applicable). Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce this Agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ezSpanglish LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
