These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and any services provided by ezSpanglish (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and ezSpanglish LLC (“Company”), the developer and operator of the mobile application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
ezSpanglish LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
All content, features, and intellectual property within the App are the exclusive property of ezSpanglish LLC or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you ownership rights to the App.
Users cannot upload or submit any content to the App. All content (text questions, images, audio, and video) is provided only by ezSpanglish LLC’s administrative team. Before any content appears in the App, it is created or uploaded only by admins, manually reviewed, approved, and then published. This ensures that no objectionable or abusive content is presented to users.
The App maintains a strict no-tolerance policy toward: hate speech, harassment or abuse, sexual or pornographic content, violence or threatening material, discriminatory content, or any inappropriate or unsafe content. Any violation results in immediate removal of the content and permanent deletion of the offending account (if applicable).
All content added by administrators is reviewed by our moderation team before it becomes visible to end users.
Users may report any content they believe is inappropriate or objectionable using the in-app “Report” feature or through our support email.
Upon receiving a report, the Company will review the content within 24 hours, remove anything found objectionable, and take corrective action, including revoking administrator access if necessary.
Users can block any user who behaves abusively (if applicable in future updates), preventing them from interacting or appearing in their interface.
You agree not to attempt to upload or distribute content (as the App does not allow it), misuse the reporting system, engage in abusive behavior toward users or the App team, or interfere with the App’s functionality.
This Agreement is between you and ezSpanglish LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. If the App fails to meet any warranty standard, your sole remedy is to notify Apple for a refund (if applicable). Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce this Agreement.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, ezSpanglish LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
